A very simple tart for your leftovers from Christmas Day. Great to serve to a crowd, cut into slices or cut up into little squares and serve as canapés.
RECIPE
- Simply top a ready-rolled puff pastry sheet with a layer of cranberry sauce, dollop over some Brie and blue cheese and shred leftover turkey over the top. Top with some sage leaves, if you have. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
